Designing this residential complex at the intersection of Farahzadi and Dadman boulevards in west of Tehran was a complex and ambitious project. The primary goal was to create a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable living space. This project involved five type1 and five type2 towers, offering two and three
bedroom condos, along with essential amenities like a welcoming lobby, modern bathrooms, secure underground parking, and well-designed outdoor landscaping. Safety and accessibility considerations, including elevators, staircases, and fire exits, are paramount.
